Shipping info
Orders are shipped out at least 1x per week: every Friday afternoon (CET timezone). Orders may be shipped out more frequent, if at least 5 non-lettermail orders have been received.
Flat items: Orders are shipped using either 100% recycled Kraft paper enveloppes (lettermail shipping), or using a rigid mailing envelope (letterbox parcel shipping).
Non-flat items: Orders are shipped out using a small cardboard letterbox parcel.
You have the ability to choose for your order to be shipped out with tracking during checkout. Please select this option if you wish to receive a track and trace code after completing your purchase.
Shipping times will vary from country to country. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

If it’s been over 2 months since your order was shipped out, I’ll declare your order as lost. In that case you can contact me and choose whether you’d like to get a refund, or a replacement.
I don’t accept refunds after shipping out a replacement. If you choose to get a replacement, and this item also doesn’t arrive after 2 months, unfortunately there isn’t anything I can do for you anymore.
