Terms of Service

General terms

  • Prices are subject to change based on the complexity and difficulty of the piece.
  • I have the right to decline or terminate a commission at any point, and for any reason.
  • If commissions are closed, you can not reserve a slot. I work on a first come first serve basis.
  • I only have two available commissions slots at a time.
  • Characters require visual references. I will not design characters based on written descriptions.
  • Final work can be used for either personal or commercial use. For commercial use the rights must be purchased.

Drawing subject matter

  • I draw: Original characters, fanart, portraits of real people, furries, animals, mild NSFW, gore, simple backgrounds
  • I do not draw: Mecha's (robotic limbs are OK), vehicles, explicit NSFW (mild NSFW is OK)

Payment

  • Commissions must be paid for in euro (€) and will be done so through Stripe invoice (allows for payment through credit cards and local payment methods).
  • Invoices will be sent to the provided contact details by me. Clients should refrain from sending any unsolicited payment to my Stripe account without the use of an invoice.
  • Payment must be received in full before commission starts.

Delivery

  • Time spent on completing a commission may vary between 1 week to 2 months, depending on various factors such as complexity, other projects and personal matters
  • Once the piece is finished and all payment has been received, you will receive the piece in full-resolution. Note that there is no physical product
  • You will receive the full-resolution file (approx. 210 x 297 mm at 300 DPI) of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are either high quality .JPG or PNG files.

Communication

  • Communication will either happen through the preferred method chosen by the client (Email, Discord, Twitter, Instagram).
  • If chosen to communicate through social media, please make sure to have your DMs open.
  • You can reach out to me at any stage during the commission to ask for updates.
  • Major alterations can only be made during the sketching phase. Major changes will not be possible in any of the later drawing stages.
  • Excessive amounts of changes, indecisiveness and "trial and error" on the client's end will result in additional charges
  • Mistakes made on my behalf due to misunderstanding will be free of charge to adjust.
  • Updates regarding each stage will be sent over the preferred communication method.

General Usage Policy

  • I do not allow my work to be used for NFT projects, even if commercial licensing is purchased.
  • I do not allow my work to be used as data input for AI learning purposes.

Copyright & Non-Commercial Usage Policy

  • I (Yuunarii) the artist:
  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
  • I DO NOT claim any of the intellectual properties (IP’s) or original characters (OC’s) present in the piece as my own. They belong to their rightful owner.
  • I reserve the right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms.
  • I reserve the right to live stream and record the creation of the artwork unless agreed otherwise.
  • You (the client/commissioner):
  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media channels, as long as proper credit is given.
  • You are permitted to crop the commission for icon use or other online publications.
  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services (Print on Demand), make prints, etc.). Commercial rights must be purchased in that case.

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission within 14 days (after having received payment) you will receive a full refund.
  • Once a commission has been started, is still in the sketching phase, and the client wishes to terminate the commission, they will receive a 50% refund.
  • Commissions in a later stage of production that are terminated (by the client) will receive no refund.
  • If you are getting a refund, DO NOT request a Stripe chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself
